Director, Fund Development
Lead, manage and implement the Chapter’s multi-faceted financial development program that successfully meets or exceeds established fundraising goals. Maintain and expand the revenue base through development efforts in major gifts, planned giving, direct mail, grant writing, special events, corporate solicitation, in kind donations, and workplace giving. Supervise, train and motivate volunteers and employees to aid in development efforts. Collaborate with community chapters in achieving regional and national fundraising goals. Serve as a member of the Chapter Leadership Team and contribute to the achievement of the goals and strategic focus of the chapter. For more information on this position, please click here.


Fund Development Specialist/Grant Writer
In partnership with the regional fund development staff, generate grant support for American Red Cross programs and services that aid and advance the mission of the organization in the tri-county area of Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino. Research, write and submit proposals; develop annual grant funding plan and calendar; serve as primary contact with current and potential grant making institutions and agencies; and ensure all grant deliverables and requirements are successfully completed.
